TWO ROUTES: Domestic or International

Domestically Pho 24 is looking for single site operators typically with their own locations

DOMESTIC FEES:

• Initial fee: This fee is for admission and training in PHO24's established store chain. The payment of this fee is required to be fully made once the franchise agreement is signed.
• Royalty fee: This fee is for the use of PHO24's trademark and tradename, as well as continuing services, which include training programs, marketing, promotion, start-up assistance, research and new product development. This fee is paid monthly and is a percentage of net sales.

Internationally PHO 24 is ideally looking for operators who can Master Franchise a given territory. In this role they have the right to sub franchise but will need to be able to support their own sub franchisees.

INTERNATIONAL FEES:

• Territory Fee : Grants the Master Franchisee the right to sub franchise.
• Initial Fee : Payable on opening each new outlet.
• Royalty Fee : As Above
